360 Fitness welcomes you as a new member and will do everything
we can to help you
reach your fitness goals.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES AND CLUB RULES
360 Fitness designed the Membership Policies and the club rules
to insure a safer and
more enjoyable environment in which to exercise. Please
be thoughtful and observe the
policies and rules as you, and all members, agreed to follow. 360
Fitness may, in its
sole discretion, modify the policies and rules without notice at
any time. It is your
responsibility to know and follow the most current policies and
rules. All approved signs
posted in the club or on the premises shall be considered a part
of the rules and
regulations of 360 Fitness.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT
360 Fitness seeks, enrolls, and maintains memberships without regard
to race, religious
creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental
disability, medical
condition, marital status, sex, sexual orientation or age. It
is further club policy that no
circumstance or conduct undertaken by club personnel shall have
the effect of
discrimination on the basis of any of the aforementioned classifications. All
club members
shall have full and equal access to the club facility. All
members with disabilities shall be
entitled to reasonable accommodations for their physical and mental
impairments. Any
member who believes that he/she is/has been treated unfairly on
any of the aforementioned
matters should report to the Club Management.
MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION AND CHECK IN
360 Fitness utilizes the front desk staff check in members. You
must check in at the
front desk before you use our facility.
GENERAL RULES
1. A valid membership or pass is required for admittance
to the gym. Members may not let anyone else use their membership
for gym access.
2. Please refrain from any loud or abusive language.
3. Alcohol, smoking or drugs are not allowed on the premises. Smoking
is restricted within 25 feet of entrance.
4. The sale, distribution, or promotion or prescription drugs will
result in revocation of membership.
5. Personal notices, advertising or other literature shall not be
posted or distributed without authorization of manager.
6. Adjustments to the radio, heat, air conditioning, television
volume or other such equipment is to be made by staff only.
7. Cups, paper and trash should be disposed of in the proper receptacles.
8. Visitors are restricted to the lounge area only unless a pass
is obtained.
9. Members may be “paged” in cases of emergency only.
10. No grotesque behavior (intentional burping, flatulence, etc..)
will be tolerated.
11. All gym members are expected to bring a towel to the gym.
12. Parking in fire lanes is prohibited by law. Handicap parking
is reserved for those vehicles with a handicap permit.
WORKOUT FLOOR RULES
1. Members and guests must be properly attired in standard workout
clothes while in the exercise area. Swimsuits, jeans, denim shorts
and street clothes are not allowed. Shirts and shoes must be worn
at all times.
2. Athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No sandals, open-toed
shoes or boots are allowed on the workout floor.
3. No food or open drink containers are allowed on the workout floor.
All drink containers and water bottles must be closeable.
4. Members must replace all free weights and aerobics equipment
to their appropriate racks after use.
5. All weight equipment should be handled in a responsible manner.
Slamming, unnecessarily dropping or the abuse of weights will
not be tolerated.
6. Use of chalk is allowed but must be kept in a closed container.
All chalk dust and residue, on floor and equipment, must be
wiped/washed by member immediately after use.
7. Be courteous; let others work in with you. Help spot someone
if asked. Be aware of others waiting to use or share equipment
and be respectful.
8. All free weights must be kept in the free weight area or in the
aerobics room.
9. Have a spotter when using heavy weight. Collars are required
for all barbell exercises.
10. The group fitness storage closet is off limits unless an instructor
is present.
11. The group fitness and cycling stereos are off limits to members.
12. Mats, barbells and gymbells from the group fitness room can
be used by members but must be replaced promptly after use.
13. Cycling room bikes can be used by members outside of classes
but must be cleaned and returned to original condition and
setting afterwards.
14. Gym members are expected to carry a workout towel.
15. Gym members are required to wipe down equipment after use.
16. Lockers are for day use only. Locks left on will be cut and
contents donated to charity. There are locker rentals available
for long-term use, see the front desk if interested.
17. Gym members are prohibited from entering the Kids Korner unless
they have a child in the room. See Kids Korner for additional
rules and regulations.
LOCKERS
360 Fitness provides lockers for your use on a daily basis only
and suggests that you use
a lock to protect your property. Do not leave any valuable
property in a locker at anytime.
360 Fitness is not responsible to any theft of, or damage to your
property. If you leave a
lock on the locker overnight, 360 Fitness has the right to cut it
off. We will consider your
property abandoned if left overnight and shall reserve the right
to donate your property to
charity. Lockers are available to rent for extended usage.

GUEST PRIVILEGES
360 Fitness encourages you to bring friends, relatives and business
associates for a
guest visit. We strongly recommend that you make and
appointment for your guest's
visit and a tour/orientation may be required. A guest must
check in at the front desk, be
at least 18 (12 to 17 years old is okay as long as the parent or
guardian also signs release
forms), sign a medical and injury release form and pay a guest fee
before using the
facilities. If your guest is local to our area they can obtain
a free week pass. Limit one per calendar year.
CONDUCT
While in the facility, 360 Fitness does not permit and will not
tolerate and inappropriate
conduct. Such conduct includes, without limitation, using
loud, abusive, offensive,
insulting, demanding language, profanity, lewd conduct or any conduct
that harasses or is
bothersome to members of 360 Fitness employees.
