| WHY
CHOOSE A PERSONAL TRAINER |
Everybody
has their own reasons for deciding they should do more regular
exercise and require the assistance of a trainer.
Health reasons, to lose weight, improve fitness, reduce back
pain, and improve energy levels are just some of the popular reasons.
Those new to exercise require a game plan and education.
Some require more extensive or specialized training
such as competition or sports training. Whatever your objectives
are, you will need to devote some time, energy, and
money towards achieving them. Furthermore, the exercises
you do need to be safe, effective, and appropriate for your physical
condition and ultimate goals. Through personal training
you are much more likely to achieve the results you
desire, because you will be doing the right type of exercises,
with the right technique, and at the right intensity.
In addition, you need to have short-term and long-term goals and
a means of attainment. A personal trainer is a professional
exercise specialist. You can expect a personal trainer
to have a much greater depth of knowledge and experience than
a gym instructor because personal training requires
the provision of in-depth care on a
one-to-one basis. It is a personal trainer's responsibility
to have gained a range of high-level qualifications
which cover the wide range of subjects and issues that are likely
to present themselves in the course of his/her service.
At 360 Fitness, our personal trainers have multiple
national certifications in addition to a bachelor’s degree.

REASONS TO GET A TRAINER |
1.
You're Not Seeing Results
Personal Trainers help you focus on results and stop
wasting your time doing
inefficient workouts. A personal trainer has a plan
and will help you get maximum
results in minimum time.
2. You Don't Know Where to Start
If you are an absolute beginner, a personal trainer is the ultimate
fitness coach. A good trainer will introduce you to a
very simple, effective routine and build efficiently
so before you know it, you have the confidence and knowledge
to decide what is
right for you.
3. You're Bored with the Same Old Workouts
Ok, you are already in pretty decent shape, but you've
been there for years. If
you are stuck in the same routine and want to break out of
a rut, a personal trainer is the perfect solution. A trainer
will jump start, not only your motivation, but your routine
as well.
4. You Need to Be Challenged
5. You Want to Learn How to Exercise on your Own
If you ultimately want to learn all the facets of designing
your own routines so
you don't need to use a personal trainer, going for a few months
may be all you need. All good personal trainers
will teach you the basics of building and modifying a
fitness program to achieve maximum results.
6. You Need Accountability and Motivation
One of the main reasons people benefit from a personal
trainer is that they loss
motivation to stick with a consistent exercise program.
Certified personal trainers
can provide structure and accountability, and help you
develop a lifestyle that
encourages health.
7. You Have a Specific Illness, Injury or Condition
If you have any chronic health conditions or injuries
a trainer will work with you
and your health care provider to plan a safe, efficient
program that considers these needs and enable you to reach
your health goals.
8. You're Training for a Sport or Event
If you play a particular sport, the right personal trainer
will help you improve your
skill by showing you new training techniques specific
to your sport. The Trainer will
incorporate skills training into your program so you improve
not only your strength
and endurance, but your agility and mental focus as well.
9. You Want Supervision and Support During Workouts
10. You Want to Lose Weight
There is a good reason that the number one reason people
hire personal trainers
is to lose weight and get into shape -- it works. If you
made a resolution to lose

track and help you realize
that goal. |
